The concept of smart city was first proposed by IBM in 2009, which refers to the new mode and new concept in promoting urban planning, design, management and operation through the Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data, spatial geographic information integration and other new-generation computing technologies. At present, the smart city has not yet formed a unified standard in the global scope, mainly because it covers a wide range of industries, wide range of design, content system is complex, and is still in the development stage. In our country, smart city is the direction of urban informatization construction construction which is being vigorously promoted by the state. Since 2012, I have promulgated the “Interim Management Measures on National Smart Cities”, and in 2016, the national and provincial and municipal “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” came out, the construction of smart cities as the center of gravity of future urban development. According to relevant industry data statistics, in 2021, the world put forward the development of wisdom in the city, Chinese cities accounted for 49% of the total construction of the global smart city, it is expected that in 2023, the market size of China's new smart city will exceed 2 trillion yuan.
