In July 2022, after strict screening and examination by China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association, AIHF officially became an observing member of the Fund Industry Association. As of March 2022, there were 24,533 private fund managers in existence nationwide, and a total of 3,532 private fund managers became members of CDFIAP, of which 296 were ordinary members and 3,236 were observation members. After becoming a member, AIHF can apply for the qualification of market maker of New Third Board, act as an investment advisor of private wealth management products of financial subsidiaries of commercial banks, apply for becoming a private asset allocation fund manager, and apply for participating in the inter-bank bond market, which will greatly broaden the scope of AIHF's business and enhance the core competitiveness of AIHF in the market competition.
