Mr. Chen is in charge of investment research, negotiate and due diligence to the target company ,compliance risk control and information disclosure for fund managers, fund registration, investment management and other risk control. He has worked in BOC and has strong risk control and business development ability in the financial industry with more than 18 years of financial experience.
Mr. Chen has participated in fund establishment and liquidation including Haining Photovoltaic Special Fund, Guixi Silicon Chip Special Fund, Mianxian Industrial Development Fund, Silicon Energy II Fund, Wannian County Aishu Zhiyou Venture Capital Fund and semiconductor co-investor fund.
